UPDATE: 10/31/2022 10 p.m. Youngsville Police Chief Rickey Boudreaux has confirmed with KLFY that a woman was arrested after driving her vehicle into the sports complex at a roundabout and then fleeing the scene.
Boudreaux is not releasing the suspect’s name.
He says it is because the case is still under investigation.
Boudreaux says it is possible that she was distracted.
