Most of us view eating food as a form of therapy!

More than half of us think eating is a form of therapy, and the best part of our day.

Many of us feel like our indulgent food choices are connected to our stress levels. Over 40% of us count down the hours to the weekend during stressful weeks and turn to food as therapy. Our grocery store choices are also affected, as this study shows shopping choices are directly correlated to our stress levels for nearly half of those surveyed. If you pick up ready-made meals are pre-prepared foods if you have a busy week coming up, you’re not alone. 6 in 10 people admit to doing the same thing and the choices aren’t always the most healthy.
