The CDC wants to remind everyone that by wearing a face mask in public, you can help reduce the spread of COVID-19….but when do you actually NEED to wear a mask? Let’s break it down…
You NEED a mask:
- When YOU are out in public – By wearing a mask, you are protecting others around you, including those at higher risk of severe illness.
- When YOU are sick and interacting with others at home – A mask will help to keep the droplets that spread Coronavirus to a minimum.
- If you’re caring for SOMEONE ELSE who is sick – Wear a mask when someone is ill so you don’t come down with something.
